Have a great story to tell? We want to hear from you. The AT&T Entertainment Project is an open challenge seeking imaginative, undiscovered short films from talented storytellers across the U.S. who want their voices heard. Whether you're an emerging indie filmmaker or student, you'll have a chance to have your original stories air on AT&T's AUDIENCE® Network, compete for up to $48K in cash prizes, and meet with AT&T execs.
The winning shorts will be showcased during AT&T SHAPE, held at Warner Bros. Studios in Los Angeles on July 14–15, 2017. There's no fee to enter! (limited to the first 1,000 submissions!)
We are seeking original short films—under 10 minutes—across the following categories:
BEST EMERGING FILMMAKER
Just wrapped your latest short and are looking for your big break? We're seeking shorts from emerging, independent creators.
BEST STUDENT FILMMAKER
Are you enrolled in a film school or a recent grad? We're looking for inspiring and creative shorts from the next generation of filmmakers.
PRIZES
BEST EMERGING FILMMAKER
The top three finalists in this category will be provided airfare/hotel to Los Angeles to attend the finals. Winning films will also have a chance to air on AT&T’s AUDIENCE® Network. Finalists will also meet with AT&T execs.

BEST STUDENT FILMMAKER
Students will compete for cash prizes, a chance for their film to air on AT&T's AUDIENCE® Network, and to take home the AT&T Entertainment Project trophy.

UNDERREPRESENTED FILMMAKER AWARD
Kicker Prize
We are awarding $5,000 for the best film from an underrepresented creator. Eligible filmmakers include people with disabilities, LGBTQ, women, and people of color.
