Tiny Hero is seeking interns for Spring 2024. Applicants must be available to work 3-4 days per
week from our offices in Burbank starting mid-January or early February.
Interns are an integral part of the culture of our company and day-to-day operations. We're
seeking young, creative minds who have a desire to work in entertainment marketing, creating
everything from trailers and TV spots to promos and sizzle reels. We're seeking enthusiastic
candidates who take initiative to learn and get things done, even when no tasks have been
assigned.

As a Tiny Hero Intern you will be presented with rich opportunities to learn from some of the

cultivating specific skills pertaining to the departments you are most interested in.
Such as:
Creative/Editorial - Pitch scripts/copy to be used in editorial campaigns, learn to navigate and
research music libraries, learn to create stringouts/breakdowns of a series or film, join our
Editorial Apprenticeship
Motion Graphics - Pitch look designs for editorial campaigns, shadow the GRX team when
creating backplates and cards, learn to use and manipulate Toolkits.
Post-Production - Create transcripts and cue sheets, salient grids, and learn how to QC a
locked cut. Shadow the Post team to learn about different forms of asset delivery and sound
mixing.
Creative/Editorial - Pitch scripts/copy to be used in editorial campaigns, learn to navigate and
research music libraries, learn to create stringouts/breakdowns of a series or film, join our
Editorial Apprenticeship
Motion Graphics - Pitch look designs for editorial campaigns, shadow the GRX team when

Operations - Learn the ins-outs to commanding a trailer house, assist with coordinating with
clients, running events, and organizing spreadsheets.
In addition to these possibilities, Tiny Hero interns are also placed in our specially cultivated
Internship program which offers a full curriculum of industry-wide knowledge and experience.
You will learn how to apply terminology and concepts to real world decisions, how to network
through industry events, how to research the latest industry trends, and cultivate meaningful
work relationships that will guarantee your success in future endeavors.
Responsibilities:
- Completing Tiny’s specialized intern curriculum
- Industry research
- Maintain knowledge of pop culture as it relates to entertainment
- Assist with office administration and general operations tasks
Requirements:
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an
undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program
- Strong academic record (minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA)
- Must be able to receive academic credit for this internship
- Must be available a minimum of 3-4 days a week for 6-8 hours a day
- Committed and available to work for the entire length of the program
- Must be willing and able to work on-site in Burbank, CA
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have proof of Covid-19 vaccinations
- An interest in trailer-specific editing or marketing is preferred, but we are open to all
candidates
