BEYOND THE EDGE (THESIS FILM)
Ulises, a young latin guy, came to the US with his boyfriend (Abel) looking for a new beginning, but dreams are dreams and starting over sometimes goes bad. After a while his boyfriend gets lost in the night life of this city. That’s how Ulises gets stuck in America as an illegal immigrant working under the table and waiting for Abel to show up again.
When he finally finds out what happened to his boyfriend Abel, Ulises has to make a decision. Getting a visa to stay and build the life he dreamed of before coming here or give up and go back to his country, completely defeated. But to get the visa he must to pretend to be the victim of a sexual crime and make it look as real as possible.
