My name is Yves I am an MFA cinematographer student. I am looking for a filmmaker, producer or a director to collaborate on a short film of their shoice and to be an executive producer. The story can be any genre and to be around 10 pages long.
What I offer: Red Dragon, 3-ton package, Dana Dolly. I also have a crew 4 (1st Ac, 2nd, AC, Grip, and Gaffer), all NYFA students so no need for extra insurance payments. I will work closely with the director to achieve their desired look on the film. I will color the film after it is edited. I will retain a copy of the footage for my reel. I do not require film or story ownership. As a student, I can get discounts on film permits and insurance.
An ideal collaborator is a filmmaker or producer with a script to shoot. Will be an executive producer on a project . You will bring your story, direct it and I will be your cinematographer. We will have 3 days shoot with a story of 10 pages max. Filmmaker (Executive Producer) will find the rest of the crew (I can also help with crew search) and talent. He or she will organize castings and find locations (I am available for location scouting and consultations with the director and PD). Filmmaker (Executive Producer) will cover all film production expenses except for the equipment.
I will not have a claim to the ownership of the film and will get credit as a cinematographer and colorist only.
The shooting dates are March 16 -18
