Semester One Film
Jay 20's works as a watch boy in his "Block", when there's no action, he raps with the hood boys. After the main drug dealer dies, he saw a chance to make money to his mixtape, jay's boss (the connect) call him at the crib to see if he wants to sell, he accepted but he need to pay for the product because he got no money, he make a pact with the connect saying that he's gonna pay everything soon.
Jay sells and make a lot of money, he keeps all the money to himself without pay the money he owes to his boss, he want to do his mixtape as fast as possible and he decide try to talk with his boss to pay next week. His boss accept and wait.The next week comes and Jay didn't pay his boss, now he have so much money that he can do a music video as well, he got everything that he need to start his career, he got the mixtape and the music video money, the studio is set up, the songs is write, and the filmmaker is set as well. Everything set to Jay start his music career.
The connect ordered some of them employes to pressure jay about the money, jay is not in the house, they found the secret box were jay save his money and they bring everything. Jay lost all the money and also his job at the block, he wanted to do something but he realizes that everything is ok becausetheyweresupposedtokillhim.Aftertheincident,herealizethatnowhedontevenhave money to eat, Jay decides start rob to get money, but before he rob his first victim, he meets a producer that saw him rapping in the hood while he bot some cocaine, the producer knows that jay is very good, he invites him to do business with him and get start in his music career.
