Project Description

I'm starting to put together a casting call for my Podcast for children that I will record at the end of October. It's a NYFA project with fairies and a magical world inside the rainbow.

Our characters are 12 years old and despite being magical, they are experiencing common problems of young kids at a summer camp.

Rainbow World is a project I’m working on for my Transmedia Class. Which means I’m working on a podcast and a comic for it at the same time, but also have an animated web series pilot written for it.

I'm looking for NYFA students who would like to come on this adventure with me and are open to making either kid voices or funny voices to be added to their reels.

If you don't have any voice reel yet or any experience whatsoever, that's completely fine!

Here's the Logline for the pilot: An introverted fairy boy and a rebellious girl elf cross paths at Rainbow World's Talent Summer Camp, where they lack magical talents and form an unlikely friendship. Together, they venture beyond the camp's boundaries in search of a solution to their outcast status before the ultimate presentation.

Season summary: To discover these talents, every summer, the green kingdom hosts a talent summer camp in which 12-year-olds will need to explore a talent related to their five senses and add magic to it, if approved by the camp leader. Aria and Benji never made many friends or acted like other kids, but now, they were forced by their parents to go to camp to find what they are good at so they can be seen as an official rainbow creature.
