MISSION STATEMENT
The Veteran Student Association was created to coordinate and conduct industry level projects for Veterans seeking a challenge in a real world environment that will best prepare them for post graduation.
OBJECTIVE
Provide an avenue for Veterans to network internally with current students and alumni and externally with Veteran Organizations and Veteran friendly corporations. We strive to build realistic ways to fund and distribute Veteran projects that will not only help our brothers and sisters in arms but address real world issues that will alleviate friction between the private sector and the greatest men and women who have dawned the uniform. These projects will also bring exposure to our current student body and prestige to our school.
Meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Sundays of every month from 12pm-‐1pm. Location TBA.

The L.A. Clippers have a long history of supporting veterans including hosting “Military Mondays”. In celebration of service members, special on-court recognition of a military “Hero of the Game” will also be incorporated at each “Military Monday” game. Over the past few years the LA Clippers have generously donated tickets to NYFA’s student veterans.
